Adorable Decorated Tutu Cookies for a Baby Girl

Our baby girl is on the way! She will be my first baby girl grandchild. Of course Betsy insisted that we design the perfect cookie for this new little bundle of joy. Betsy baked the cookies and decorated the yellow duckies. Those are always adorable. We decorated the pink tutu cookies together. They are precious and easy to decorate. The tip for the ruffle was 101. It's wide at one end and narrow at the other. You can move your hand back and forth as you squeeze or slightly up and down. Either method will make a cute ruffle.
