Rock 'N Roll Marathon Cookies

After months of training, my son Stephen is running in the Rock 'N Roll Raleigh Marathon. That gave Betsy and me the perfect opportunity to decorate more cookies. I couldn't figure out how to make a runner. I saw some stick figure drawings on cookies that someone else had done, but I wasn't sure ours would look that good. We ended up using the tried and true gingerbread man and decorated him to look like Stephen and added his number. Of course Stephen is a lot better looking than these cookies, but they were cute and a nice touch for the after the marathon celebration.
